7 Account Suspension & Closure

ba678 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe following a request from ba678.

Voluntary closure: You may request to close your ba678 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. ba678 will process account closure requests within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no withdrawal restrictions are in place.

8 Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ba678 is incorporated as an offshore entity.
